Class times and school hours
8.30am: Recommended time of arrival.
8.45am: Students are in their rooms preparing for
the day.
9am: Learning activities commence.
11am: First break play time commences.
11.20am: First break eating time commences.
11.40am: Students prepare to return to class.
11.45am: Learning activities recommence.
1.15pm: Second break play time commences.
1.30pm: Second break eating time commences.
1.40pm: Students prepare to return to class.
1.45pm: Learning activities recommence.
2.45pm: School day ends.
Your child has a better opportunity to perform well
if they arrive at school on time to prepare for the school day and formal
instruction which begins at 9.00am.
For this reason, we ask all parents/carers to
ensure their children arrive at school just prior to, but not later than 8.45am. Students arriving early are required to sit in the big green shed until the
bell goes at 8.45am.
