Our Whole School Improvement Focus
At Glenwood State School, implementing the Australian Curriculum, developing quality reading processes through “Reading across all learning areas” and differentiating for every student through a (MTSS) Multi-Tiered Support Model. All staff carefully analyse and discuss each student’s progress to inform our teaching approaches, making adjustments for students who need extra support and providing additional challenges for gifted learners. We hold a strong belief that every student can learn, thrive, and become a successful lifelong learner. Our students, staff, and families all share high expectations that every child will receive the knowledge and skills they need for future success. Our school is fortunate to be supported by a dedicated community. The Glenwood P&C listens to families and advocates through the P&C to ensure our students and teachers have access to the best resources.
